Samsung Note 20 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 originating in the US and Hong Kong cannot be used with eSIM either. Samsung devices in Canada may not support eSIM. *Surface: Any AT&T locked devices will not support eSIM. If the device was purchased through carriers, the eSIM capability in Surface Duo might be disabled by the said carrier. Please get in contact with them to confirm that eSIM is not disabled.

Please note:

Device compatibility also varies from country to country. For example, iPhones XS, XS Max, and XR sold in China, Macau, and Hong Kong do not support eSIM; however, they are Dual SIM phones with 2 physical SIM slots.

Google Pixel 3 and 3XL devices support eSIM, however certain Pixel 3s work when they have the "add carrier" option.
