No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created as a result of these Terms and Conditions, and neither party has authority of any kind to bind the other in any respect.
1. Description of the service
ilocalMe offers our connectivity service and allows travelers to use data at the most competitive rates abroad without inserting any physical SIM card.
2. Registration
By registering and using our website or ilocalMe app, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of this service and the operating rules, guidelines and procedures that we may post from time to time on the app, each of which is incorporated by reference and may be updated from time to time.
3. Privacy Policy
We are committed to keeping your personal information safe and secure. A variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures are used to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. However, no security measures are completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
By accessing or using the ilocalMe services, you agree to the use of the information you provided when you registered with the service to keep in touch with you and seek your feedback. We may use the information later to tell you about any future services we may offer. At any time, you can ask us to adjust or delete information you previously shared with us. You are not permitted to use our trademarks, logos, intellectual property rights, trade names, other distinctive features of the marks, or any material subject to copyright, on or associated with the ilocalMe Services,
without our prior consent. You may not remove any ilocalMe copyright, copyright, or trademark information or notices.
ilocalMe is the owner or licensee of all intellectual and industrial property rights related to the ilocalMe eSIM Service. The use of the ilocalMe Service does not imply any assignment, of all or part of said rights, to you or other subscribers to the service.
5. iLocalMe Account
I. Activation of ilocalMe Service
You can request the ilocalMe service by installing the ilocalMe mobile app on your Android or iOS smartphone or by visiting our website: www.ilocalMe.co or www. ilocalMe.com. The activation of ilocalMe is under your responsibility. You will immediately see the purchased ilocalMe in the 'My Orders' or My eSIMs tab on the website and/or app. The contract will be terminated in case the customer does not have an active data package after 3 months from the purchase of the eSIM or has removed the eSIM from the device.
II. charges
Payment will be made by debit/credit card.
The currency of payment will be in € Euros (EUROS EC official currency).
The credit/debit card transaction will be processed and secured by a redirect link through our payment platform.
By purchasing the service, you agree to assume the charges for the package.
III. Termination
1) You have the right to cancel the service at any time after the purchase of the ilocalMe Service.
2) ilocalMe may interrupt, suspend, terminate or terminate your service without notice and without any liability on the part of ilocalMe for any breach and/or misconduct in violation of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the following:
a) use and/or direct abusive, vulgar, derogatory, intimidating and/or harassing language or conduct towards a representative, officer, employee, agent or authorized retailer of ilocalMe;
b) use your service for any illegal, fraudulent or unlawful purpose; or fraud in the payment made for the contracted service.
c) use the service in any way that adversely affects our service or Carrier's network;
d) Violate any of the Terms or Conditions established in this Agreement.
IV. Consequences of Termination
If service is deactivated, any remaining paid days will be forfeited. There will be no refund for unused items of the ilocalMe service after cancellation. Upon termination and/or account expiration, you lose all rights to access or use the ilocalMe application.
6. Using ilocalMe
You agree to use the ilocalMe Services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable legislation, in particular those relating to privacy, image rights, honor and reputation, personal data protection, labor relations, non-discrimination and disclosure of secrets. You will not use the ilocalMe Services in any way that could impair the ilocalMe Services, or to provide services to third parties.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is compatible with ilocalMe eSIM and is not blocked by any operator, as this is a prerequisite to complete the purchase and be able to offer the connectivity service you contract, as the compatibility of the device may depend both the operator and the country of origin. However, please note that the ilocalMe compatibility list is not exhaustive, ( It is constantly being updated ) as there may be recently announced ilocalMe compatible devices that have not yet been added.
You have the right to request a refund or request a package change if the ilocalMe eSIM cannot be activated due to a proven valid technical issue originating from ilocalMe. No refund will be applied on non-compatible device as it is clearly mentioned in the app or our website that you need to make sure your device is compatible before purchasing.
You must notify us immediately if the device on which the Services are activated is lost or stolen. In the meantime, you will remain solely responsible for your use of the Services on the device.
You are solely responsible for all content, information and communications transmitted through the Service and you agree that ilocalMe shall have no liability for your misuse of the Service.
6.1 Unlimited Data Conditions in Turkey
ilocalMe eSIM TURKEY Line 30 Days - Unlimited Data: it will provide unlimited data without speed restriction on the phone that is installed, this line allows you to share data with other devices up to 120 GB after that it will not allow you to share more data but you will still be able to have data unlimited at maximum speed on the phone where it is installed.
ilocalMe eSIM TURKEY line 15 Days - Unlimited Data: it will provide unlimited data without speed restriction on the phone that is installed, this line allows you to share data with other devices up to 60 GB after that it will not allow you to share more data but you will still be able to have data unlimited at maximum speed on the phone where it is installed.
ilocalMe eSIM TURKEY Line 30 Days - Unlimited Data NEW: it will provide unlimited data without speed restriction on the phone that is installed, this line allows you to share data with other devices up to 250 GB after that it will not allow you to share more data but you will still be able to have Unlimited data at full speed on the phone where it is installed. For this Line ilocalMe eSIM We operate on the Vodafone network in Türkiye.
ilocalMe eSIM TURKEY Line 15 Days - Unlimited Data NEW: it will provide unlimited data without speed restriction on the phone that is installed, this line allows you to share data with other devices up to 125 GB after that it will not allow you to share more data but you will still be able to have Unlimited data at full speed on the phone where it is installed. For this Line ilocalMe eSIM We operate on the Vodafone network in Türkiye.
*EUROPE unlimited plans may slow down the speed or disable the connection if the fair usage policy is exceeded: After 50GB of high-speed data, you will continue with unlimited data at a reduced speed of 512kbps.
7. Compensation
You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless ilocalMe and its affiliates and/or sister companies in connection with any matter related to your misuse or inappropriate use of the ilocalMe eSIM Services to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
Except to the extent permitted by applicable law, ilocalMe shall not be liable for any indirect loss, including, but not limited to, lost profit, lost business opportunity, reputation or reputation, business interruption, and failure of the device. In any case, our liability will only be for proven direct damages and in no case will it exceed the total amount paid as a user of the ilocalMe eSIM Services service in the twelve (12) months prior to the event causing the damage. This limitation will not apply in cases of fraud or damage caused directly to people.
9. Modification
We reserve the right to modify or replace any of these Terms and Conditions, or to change, suspend, or discontinue the Services (including, without limitation, the availability of any features, databases, or content) at any time without notice, and without responsibility in ilocalMe. We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability on the part of ilocalMe. It is also your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes. Your use of the Services is subject to the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of such use. Notwithstanding the foregoing, both parties will do everything reasonably necessary to try to resolve conflicts amicably.

When you access third-party resources on the Internet, you do so at your own risk. These third-party resources are not under our control, and you acknowledge that we are in no way responsible for the content, functionality, accuracy, legality, appropriateness, or any other aspect of such websites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any website or resource.
12. No waiver
Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of our right to further enforce that or any other part of these Terms and Conditions. The waiver of performance in any particular instance does not mean that we will waive performance in the future. 13. Force majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations hereunder where such failure and/or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or hardware failure or degradation. communications. ilocalMe shall have no liability in connection with any failure by ilocalMe eSIM to restrict or control your access to the device on which it is installed and the performance of all of its identified functions. ilocalMe is not responsible for damages derived from the fact that the proposed service is not or is not constantly available. ilocalMe does not offer any guarantee of constant availability of the network service.
15. Refer and Earn Program
The Refer and Earn program allows users of our ilocalMe affiliates or partners to earn a commission for each successful referral. The referred user must make a purchase on our platform for the referral to be considered successful.
The referrer will receive the reward or commission once the referred user completes their purchase through our website or ilocalMe app.
This program is subject to change or termination at our discretion without notice. Any changes or updates to the program will be communicated within the ilocalMe app or on our partner or affiliate website.
